RETURN POLICY

We accept returns only if your products arrive damaged or if you receive a different product than the one you ordered.  In all other cases, we do not accept returns.  Thus, it is important that you double-check the items in your cart before you checkout and thoroughly look over the email proofs we send for custom panels before you approve them.

IMPORTANT:  When your panels arrive, be sure to inspect them for any damage before accepting them.  If there is any damage, it must be noted on the freight bill at the time of delivery.  Then, please call us, and we will initiate the return process for the damaged products.

In any case where our return policy has been followed correctly, we will either replace the items free of charge or issue a full refund.
